The prices quoted are per double and include GST. Additional people are charged at $20 per person, per night. We do not cater for children under 12 years of age in the apartments and smoking is not permitted inside the buildings.

This means our prices start from less than $40 per person (for a group of 7) which is very good value for 4.5 star luxury accommodation.
These rates are our standard prices and
operate throughout the year. Other than advertised specials there are no
seasonal variations including school and public holidays.
